About Rebecca
Rebecca Loewke is an interior designer based on the Peninsula who works throughout the country. Rebecca studied at the Design Institute of San Diego, where she received a BFA in Interior Design at the top of her class. With a strong interest in space planning and construction, she developed her technical skills at two commercial interior firms in San Diego. Upon returning to the bay area in 2005, Rebecca settled in Palo Alto and started to work for one of San Francisco’s top interior design firms. She quickly became a project manager and oversaw the design efforts for multiple high profile residential projects in Atherton, San Francisco, and Santa Barbara. At the beginning of 2011, Rebecca started Rebecca Loewke Interiors. In 2012 she passed the first two sections of the NCIDQ (National Council for Interior Design Qualification). From managing site construction to designing custom millwork and upholstery, Rebecca has a strong attention to detail. Rebecca believes that each project should reflect the client's lifestyle and balance gracefully with the architecture of the home.
Always looking for inspiration, Rebecca has traveled to Venice, Sydney, Barcelona, Instanbul, Santorini, Stockholm, Rome, and Rio de Janerio in the past few years. On the weekends, you’ll find her working on her own fixer upper and spending time with her two children, husband, and two cattle dogs.
